Our friends at Church of Eleven 22 have committed to praying for the Love One staff and the children and families who come to the Love One center. Each week, they pray over the work we are doing, and the children we are serving. Even the children’s ministry is joining us in prayer so families can pray together for Love One.

Ambassador Program

Ambassadors fundraise for Love One and increase awareness for the needs of children in Uganda.

A note from the Love One team:

Thank you for your interest in being a Love One Ambassador! One of our most frequently asked questions is, “How can I get involved stateside?” In 2020, we launched an ambassador program to give those interested an opportunity to be involved hands-on with Love One. Our first year we started with 18 ambassadors in the local Nashville area. This charter group helped to lay the foundation for a program that has grown to almost 300 Love One Ambassadors from all over the United States and beyond. Our team is so grateful and humbled by the interest level and number of beautiful hearts that want to help serve vulnerable children in Uganda.

Mission

To increase awareness of Love One
To fundraise for the needs of children in Uganda
To be part of of a community of like-minded people with hearts to make a difference

Qualifications

High School age or older (minors require signed permission from parent or guardian)
Active Instagram and/or Facebook account
Able and willing to participate in fundraising activities and to seek the contributions of time, money and/or in-kind support from other individuals, organizations, and companies

Responsibilities

Create a personal fundraising campaign (e.g.- ask for donations for your birthday, host an event, find local companies to host a percentage night, etc.)
Set a personal fundraising goal of $1,000 or more
Attend a monthly Ambassador Zoom meeting

Perks

Ambassadors will receive an Ambassador kit which will include a Love One Ambassador t-shirt (exclusive to ambassadors) and other goodies.
Ambassadors who raise $1,000 or more will be eligible to attend our Ambassador Retreat in February of 2023 (all expenses covered other than travel)
Ambassadors receive 40% off the Love One Store, along with a personalized 10% off discount code to share with friends and family so that their purchases count towards the fundraising goal
The ambassador who fundraises the most will receive the “Autumn Cole Service Award” and will be honored at the retreat, on social media, and in other capacities
Opportunities for in-person ambassador events throughout the year
Include their involvement on their resumes
